City School is a complete, full-stack school management platform built with PHP 8.1 and Symfony 6. Launched in 2026, it brings together every stakeholder of a modern school — administrators, teachers, students, and parents — into a single, cohesive web application, eliminating the need for scattered, disconnected tools.
At its core, City School is built around five dedicated portals. The Admin Portal gives school staff total control over users, academics, scheduling, billing, and reporting. The Teacher Portal lets educators manage their classes, mark attendance, record grades, and post assignments from one dashboard. Students access their own portal to view timetables, grades, homework, and school events in real time, while parents can track their child’s progress, attendance, notifications, and tuition payments through the Parent Portal. Rounding it out is a Super Admin Portal for multi-school SaaS governance, covering subscriptions, platform analytics, security policies, and global customization.
Beyond the portals, the platform ships with over twenty integrated modules covering every operational need of a school. These include a full payments and invoicing system with Stripe integration, visual timetable scheduling, course catalog browsing and enrollment with reference number generation, and a school-wide events and announcements system. On the operational side, predictive AI insights and a school performance analytics dashboard give leadership data-driven visibility, while GDPR-compliant security controls, 2FA policy management, audit logs, and encryption settings ensure the platform meets modern compliance standards.
