ELoyer is a comprehensive legal practice management SaaS platform designed to serve the full operational spectrum of modern law firms. Built on a Vue 2 + Node.js + PostgreSQL stack, it consolidates case management, document handling, billing, HR, and compliance into a single secure workspace — eliminating the need for multiple disconnected tools. The platform has been in active development since 2020 and is currently at version 2.0.

At its core, ELoyer structures access around 18 distinct user roles — from Super Admin and Firm Admin down to Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Receptionist, and Court Liaison — each with a tailored portal and role-specific navigation. Lawyers and attorneys get a full-featured workspace covering case and matter management, document vaults, hearing schedules, court filings, evidence tracking, and a complete billing suite with invoicing, payment tracking, and trust ledgers. Clients, both individual and corporate, access a dedicated self-service portal with real-time case visibility, document sharing, e-signature, and appointment booking.

ELoyer includes a 20-feature AI premium layer that elevates everyday legal work. It covers contract generation, clause suggestions, automated document summarisation, citation generation, legal research, risk analysis, conflict detection, litigation strategy drafting, deposition and hearing preparation, transcription, translation, and AI-assisted client intake — all accessible through a REST API integration layer built into the backend.

For larger organisations, the platform ships with a full enterprise tier: multi-office and multi-country support, SSO and two-factor authentication, advanced role-based access control, a BI analytics dashboard, custom domain support, CRM and accounting integrations, court e-filing, audit logs, retention policies, automation rules, and disaster recovery — making it suitable for large firms, corporate legal departments, and multi-tenant deployments managed through the Super Admin hub.

The underlying database schema spans 50+ PostgreSQL tables, initialised automatically on first run with seed data covering users, clients, cases, and role-access mappings. A public-facing front office (landing page, services, pricing, about, contact, and a demo request page) rounds out the platform, giving firms a professional online presence alongside their internal operations.
