1. To access the Employee Module, log in to the Hotel Management Web Application using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “Employees” section from the main dashboard.

1. Viewing Employees:
– Upon entering the “Employees” section, you will see a list of all registered employees in the hotel.
– Each employee listing will display their name, position, contact information, status (active, inactive), and any additional details.

2. Sorting and Filtering:
– Utilize the sorting and filtering options to swiftly locate specific employees.
– Sort employees by name, position, or status.
– Filter employees by position (front desk, housekeeping, management) or status (active, inactive).

– Click on an employee to access more details, including their current status, position, contact information, and any notes or special instructions.

– To add a new employee, click on the “Add Employee” button.
– Enter the employee details such as full name, position, contact information, and any notes.

3. Changing Employee Status:

– To delete an employee, click on the employee from the list.
– Select “Delete Employee” and confirm the action.
– Note: Only delete an employee if they are no longer with the company and all associated data can be removed.
