1. To access the User Module, log in to the Hotel Management Web Application using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “Users” section from the main dashboard.

1. Viewing Users:
– Upon entering the “Users” section, you will see a list of all registered users in the system.
– Each user listing will display their full name, email address, role (e.g., admin, staff), and any additional information.

2. Sorting and Filtering:
– Utilize the sorting and filtering options to easily locate specific users.
– Sort users by full name, email, or role.
– Filter users by role (admin, staff) or status (active, inactive).

– Click on a user to view more details, including their role, contact information, and any notes or additional details.

– To add a new user, click on the “Add User” button.
– Fill in the user’s full name, email address, role (e.g., admin, staff), and any additional details.
– Save the user information to add them to the system.

– To edit user details, click on the user you wish to edit from the user list.
– Update the necessary fields such as full name, email, role, and additional details.
– Save the changes to update the user information.

3. Changing User Status:
– To change the status of a user (active, inactive), click on the user in the list.

– Save the changes to update the user status.

4. Resetting User Password:
– To reset a user’s password, click on the user from the list.
– Select “Reset Password” and follow the prompts to set a new password for the user.

5. Deleting a User:
– To delete a user, click on the user from the list.
– Select “Delete User” and confirm the action.
– Note: Only delete a user if necessary, as this action cannot be undone and will remove all associated data.
