1. To access the Food Module, log in to the Hotel Management Web Application using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “Food” section from the main dashboard.

1. Viewing Food Items:
– Upon entering the “Food” section, you will see a list of all available food items in the hotel.
– Each food item listing will display the item name, category (e.g., appetizer, main course, dessert), price, and any additional information.

2. Sorting and Filtering:
– Utilize the sorting and filtering options to easily locate specific food items.
– Sort food items by name, category, or price.
– Filter food items by category (appetizer, main course, dessert) or availability.

3. View Food Details:
– Click on a food item to access more details, such as description, ingredients, dietary information, and availability status.

– To add a new food item, click on the “Add Food Item” button.
– Enter the food item details such as name, category, price, and description.
– Save the food item information to add it to the system.

2. Editing Food Item Details:
– To edit food item details, click on the food item you wish to edit from the food list.
– Update the necessary fields such as name, category, price, and description.
– Save the changes to update the food item information.

3. Changing Food Availability:
– To change the availability status of a food item (available, sold out), click on the food item in the list.
– Select the new availability status from the dropdown menu.
– Save the changes to update the food item availability.

4. Assigning Categories:
– If a food item belongs to a specific category, you can assign it accordingly.
– Click on the food item, then select “Assign Category.”
– Choose the appropriate category from the list.
– Save the assignment.

5. Deleting a Food Item:
– To delete a food item, click on the food item from the list.
– Select “Delete Food Item” and confirm the action.
– Note: Only delete a food item if it’s no longer available and all associated data can be removed.
